Fudgy Keto Brownies Recipes

It isn’t very easy to find someone who doesn’t love brownie. The chewy and chocolaty brownie can be a great addition to any parties, evening snacks, and an after-dinner dessert.

However, if you’re on a low-carb diet such as keto, you may not have the privilege of having sweet dishes. It’s because you have to maintain a strict restriction on carbohydrates.

But, today, we will show you some fudgy keto brownies recipes that you can easily make at home. These brownies are very low in calories and delicious enough to satisfy your craving for sweet dishes.

Yummy Fudgy Keto Brownies Recipes

1. Classic Fudgy Keto Brownies

Serving size: 16 servings

Ingredients:

  • Butter – 1/2 cup (melted)
  • Swerve Sweetener – 2/3 cup
  • Eggs – 3 (large)
  • Vanilla extract – ½ teaspoon
  • Almond flour – ½ cup (about 50g)
  • Cocoa powder – 1/3 cup
  • Grassfed gelatin – 1 tbsp
  • Baking powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Salt – ¼ teaspoon
  • Water – 1/4 cup
  • Dark chocolate chips – 1/3 cup (sugar-free)

How to prepare:

  • Preheat the oven to 350F. Grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  • Take a big bowl. Whisk together the butter, eggs, sweetener,  and vanilla extract.
  • Mix the almond flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, gelatin, and salt and whisk until well combined. Stir in the water to make the batter thin. Stir in the chocolate chips as well.
  • Spread the batter in the baking pan. Bake it for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are set, but the center should be a tiny bit wet.
  • Remove and let it cool completely in the pan.

2. Keto Double Espresso Brownies

Serving size: 20 servings

Ingredients:

Brownie

  • Almond flour – 1 1/3 cup
  • Swerve Sweetener- 1 cup 
  • Cocoa powder – 1/3 cup
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt – 1/4 tsp
  • Organic Valley Pasture Butter – 1/2 cup
  • Unsweetened chocolate chopped – 4 ounces
  • Eggs – 5 large
  • Espresso or strongly brewed coffee – 3/4 cup (about two medium-sized espresso  shots, cooled)
  • Vanilla extract – 1/2 tsp

Espresso Frosting:

Pasture Butter softened – 3/4 cup

Powdered Swerve Sweetener – 2 cups

Espresso or strongly brewed coffee – 1/4 to 1/3 cup (about one small espresso shot, cooled)

Chocolate Drizzle

Pasture Butter – 2 tsp

Sugar-free chocolate chips – 1/4 cup

How to prepare:

Brownies:

  • Preheat the oven to 300F. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  • Take a large bowl and beat together the almond flour, baking powder, sweetener, cocoa powder,  and salt.
  • Take a medium saucepan. Melt the unsweetened chocolate and butter together over low heat. Stir until smooth. Add to almond flour mixture.
  • Stir in eggs, cooled espresso, and vanilla extract until well combined. Pour the batter into prepared baking pan. Don’t forget to smooth the top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes. Twenty-five minutes for more fudgy brownies, 30 minutes if you want to make them cakey. Remove and let it cool completely.

Espresso Frosting:

  • Take a large bowl and beat sweetener and butter together until well combined. Slowly pour in cooled espresso, whisking until you achieve a spreadable consistency.
  • Spread frosting over cooled brownies. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.

How to Prepare Chocolate Drizzle:

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and butter. Heat on high in 30-second increments; stir in between, until it becomes smooth.
  • Drizzle over frosted brownies using a spoon.

  • Carbohydrates: 5.3 gram
  • Fiber: 2.62 gram
  • Protein: 4.51 gram
